Loki and Cinder

I finished reading The Lunar Chronicles last week, and now I am in the middle of Magnus Chase and the Gods of Asgard. So naturally I would have a dream with Cinder, Thorne, and Loki. Sorry I don't remember a lot of details, but something about trying to figure out what illusions/glamours were real or not.

Burn Notice Again

I had a Burn Notice dream last night, which is unusual because of how long it has been since I haved watched the show. When I was watching the show regularly I had Burn Notce dreams frequently, which makes sense because it was on my mind more often.

Anyways, Mike and Fi were at a house party, and Mike got taken into some type of custody for questioning across the street. He didn't watch like he was supposed to, and there was an explosion. I'm not sure if the explosion  wasn't supposed to happen or if it was just bigger than it was supposed to be, but either way, because he wasn't watching he didn't know if Fi had made it out ok. It was another case of him putting something ahead of Fi, and it hurt him. Fi did make it out ok,  but it was several days before they could meet up so he didn't know.

The Canvas Outhouse Car

I had a dream where my husband traded our Maxima in for a motorized canvas outhouse on wheels for $25,000. I was so mad. First, why would he make a big decision about a car purchase without talking to me? Second, it had to be the most impractical "car" ever. (No windows, only seating for 2, virtually no safety (there were seatbelts but I don't think we were using them, and what would they have done with only a canvas seat back, no steel frame, etc.), and I didn't even consider the smell or sanitation issues until I woke up.) Third, it cost as much as a Nissan Rogue, my current dream vehicle. Why buy such an impractical, ugly, unsafe "car" when you could have a much bigger and nicer car for the same price? We were driving around in it and I just kept yelling at him about the price and how much I hated it. I told him I would never drive it, and if I needed to go somewhere alone and he was going somewhere with our daughter I would take the other car and he could take her in the car seat in the canvas outhouse.
