So, when I was a freshman in college, I had a friend with a Batman suit. He wore it to football games and snowball fights and stuff. Pretty fun.
In my dream, I was with my husband in some high-rise apartment where we apparently lived. And the mail-man actually came all the way up to deliver our mail right to us. One day he showed up to deliver mail wearing a Batman suit. So cool, especially since my husband LOVES Batman. I told my husband about my friend from freshman year who had one. The mail-man overheard me, and came in and took off the mask, and guess what? He was my friend from freshman year. We hugged, I said "didn't your wife just have a baby?" (thanks to a little Facebook stalking) and he asked about me getting married this year. After that it was super awkward.

Missing Coat, Intruder, and Assembly
So many dreams last night. Let's see if I can remember half of them.
In one dream, I was in a big school that had two gymnasiums. (Gymnasii?) They were huge. You could remove the wood panel floor, and underneath there was a foam pit. I think I was supposed to be cleaning the gym. But I was also coming up with interpretive dances. It was really cold outside, so I had wore two coats. When it came time to leave, I could only find one of the coats. My parents and my little brother appeared, and my mom and brother were wearing coats that looked exactly like the one I couldn't find. My mom was going to give me hers, and I got really upset, because I didn't want her to be cold for my sake. Really upset. Like I was still mad when I woke up.
I also had a dream that our neighbor got into our apartment in the early morning to use our shower, because hers wasn't working. Awkward. Because there we are in bed, and somehow she manages to get through the locked and chained door into our bedroom to get to our bathroom. Hasn't she ever heard of knocking? (I'm sure she would in real life, but this was weird.)
I had a dream that there was a big law school assembly. All of the clubs and organizations got to perform skits or songs representative of the kind of things they did. We were also going to announce the new board members for the next year for each club. In one club, we decided to do away with externships in our club. (Not that externships have ever had anything to do with clubs, but it was a big deal in the dream.) We figured it would allow us to concentrate our efforts elsewhere, and people could still get externship credit through other school programs.

Realistic: Watching Football
I had a dream that my husband and I were at my parent's house, watching football. Not too exciting, especially compared to the past few dreams, and it probably accurately depicts what will be happening when we head home for Christmas for a few weeks. I then woke up and went back to sleep and dreamed some incoherent stuff.

Variations on an Apartment (aka Dreams of a Frenzied Mind)
Studying does strange things to my dreams. Maybe because I'm trying to process so much in so little time.
Anyways, one dream, I was cleaning my apartment with my little brothers. There was this giant rat/mouse/rodent (almost a ROUS) that somehow kept getting in and living above one of the windows. Joel took it outside twice, and the third time I chased it out with a broom. I think it kept sneaking back in when I'd go outside to check the fuse box. (The fuse box really did have to be checked several times last night, prompting that part of the dream.) I swear I woke up to something furry going across my face.
In another dream, the apartment had the same layout but was expanded to be bigger and had an upstairs bedroom loft, so my whole family could move in.
In yet another dream, a house had a similar layout, only now I wasn't part of my family. I wasn't me, I was someone else, a rebellious daughter whose parents had separated. I lived with my dad and siblings (not real ones, dream ones), and kept sneaking out with this car to drive across these fields to where my dream mom lived. I wanted to get my parents back together. There was this roller coaster track that kept close around the house that I couldn't seem to cross. Then one of my dream older siblings (b/c I don't have real older siblings) brought home this guy who was perfect for me. (And he's nothing like my husband in real life, who really is perfect for me.)
I also may have had a dream (or it may have been part of one of the above dreams) about trusts... Stupid studying taking over my dreams.
So there you have it, lots of dreams in the space of not much time.

NCIS (Ok, Mostly Abby and McGee)
My dream last night was definitely NCIS - at least Abby and McGee. They were working together and were attracted to each other (as usual - in the show they often get jealous when the other one has the possibility of dating someone else). McGee was trying to woo Abby again (after not really trying for several seasons) and finally just asked her what he could do. She responded that he should stop trying so hard.
Anyways, the case they were working on had this family with two little girls. I don't know why Abby was there investigating, because she almost never shows up at crime scenes. And I don't really remember any of the rest of the NCIS team there. But whatever. I'm not sure what they were originally investigating. One of the little girls may have claimed to be haunted by a ghost or something. Not sure why that would warrant an NCIS investigation. And I don't know what the Navy connection was. Anyway, they started investigating this family somehow, and then they realized that the mom was on welfare because she said the dad died in a fire, but in reality he was a pilot and still lived with the family. Welfare fraud! Why is this on my mind? I turned that paper in 10 days ago!
Ok, there actually is an NCIS episode where everyone thinks the dad died in a fire and so the mom collects VA benefits from his death, but in that episode no one knew he was still alive.
