Yesterday I saw my friend's new smart phone and asked her how she liked it. Apparently it prompted my dream. (I don't have a smart phone.)
In my dream, I had a smart phone. I don't remember what it was being used for, but it was there, and it was good and fun and exciting and whatever smart phones are supposed to be.
It was also my uncle's funeral in my dream. And of course in the dream it was nothing like it was in real life. In the dream it was in a two story chapel. And before it a bunch of my cousins and I were meeting up at the temple.
Not a bad dream, just unexpected. (But are any dreams really expected? Besides the ones I have all the time? (like Burn Notice, Disneyland, etc.))

Power Rangers
I haven't watched Power Rangers in years. Yet I have some vague memories of what it was like. Each Power Ranger had a different color, no one knew their identities, they fought with martial arts, and they had a secret base where they could take off their helmets but not the rest of their uniforms.
In my dream, their secret base was at a house or hotel that was at the top of a hill. It had an outside pool, and no fence. How could this be their base? Anyone could walk up the hill to the pool and find them. Inside, there was a big dinning room table, and one of the Rangers had written a bunch of notes on sticky notes and stuck them all under the table.
In my dream the Power Rangers also had crystals that gave them their powers. (This may or may not have been part of the show, I don't remember.) They could wear their crystals when they weren't in their suits and still have their powers. And they could teleport. (Also may or may not have been part of the show.) The Pink Ranger's parents were going to vacation in Hawaii, so all of the Power Rangers were going to go too. They were just going to teleport over. The Pink Ranger crafted her crystal into a belly button jewel so it could be seen when she was on the beach wearing a bikini.

First Amendment Superpowers
I had a dream where the First Amendment gave people superpowers. Not that they were able to think and speak freely and clearly and be understood. Superpowers like telekinesis, flying, and changing the molecular structure of things. And someone was going to use these powers for evil. Several of my law professors who could use these powers were gathering together to see if good could overcome evil.
And it may have been at an amusement park. (Haven't had one of those dreams in a while, they used to happen all the time.)

Trial Competition Preparedness
This week I have a trial competition at law school. Last night Nick was helping me work on my opening statement and one of my witness direct examinations. So then I dreamed that Nick is my partner in the competition, and I panicked because we haven't worked on his closing statement yet. Grateful to wake up and realize my real partner is more prepared than my dream.
