Movie Dilemma and the Obnoxious Cat

Last night in my dream I was going to see a movie with my little brother Mark. We were standing in a really long line waiting for tickets. They were making new versions of Star Wars, kind of like they are making new Batman movies. I realized that both the new Empire Strikes Back and the new Batman movie were coming out on the same day, June 25, and how were Nick and I ever going to decide which movie to go see at midnight, since I love Star Wars so much and he loves Batman so much? Then I realized that June 25 was right in the middle of our honeymoon (it's not in real life, but in the dream) and then I wondered how we were going to go to either movie.

I woke up and then kind of dozed off again. I was living with my family in a huge house with a spiral staircase that went through all three floors. My room was in the basement. For some reason we had a Christmas tree set up downstairs, even though it wasn't the Christmas season. I wanted to lay down on the floor and read. We had a kitten, and of course she wanted to sit right on top of what I was going to read. She also wanted to destroy the Christmas ornaments that were within her reach.

Sent Home and Ignored

Last night I fell asleep without getting ready for bed (unwashed face, unbrushed teeth, light on, etc.). I woke up at four in the morning, turned the lights off, and then had a hard time getting back to sleep. I finally did go back to sleep, which I know because I had this dream.

I was somewhere with my family, and my brother who is currently on a mission was there with us. At first I thought he was just on a vacation from his mission, and I thought how nice that would have been if I could have had a break from my mission and then gone back to the rest of it. Then I found out that he had been sent home for dancing shirtless for 20 hours straight. I was devastated. I cried, and wanted to know if there were any way he could go back out and finish his mission. Yeah it was a stupid thing to do as a missionary, but it didn't really break any commandments, so he should still be temple worthy, right?

Also for part of my dream a family that is close to my family was there. In real life the wife of this family is giving me my bridal shower, but in my dream I was so confused because she didn't even want to see my engagement ring, she seemed to ignore me.

Harry Potter Adventures and a Body Piercing Husband

Last night in my dream was kind of like watching Harry Potter. Harry, Ron, and Hermione were there, with Hermione being really anxious about whatever quest they were on. In some ways it was like a video game, because if they didn't accomplish their goal they went back to the beginning and started again.

Then it seemed like I was going to be going on an adventure with them. I was married to some guy who had decided to get 4 piercings. I walked in as he was about to get one in his shoulder, and he already got two in his lip and one in his eyebrow. I kind of flipped out, really not happy with the lip or shoulder piercings, but didn't have a problem with eyebrow or ear piercings. So I went off to change clothes to get ready for my adventure with the Harry Potter crew, and ignored all of the instant messages my husband was sending me.
